Bay City First National Real Estate is ideally located in Victoria’s second largest city, Geelong overlooking Corio Bay. Geelong is a thriving provincial city with all of the advantages of the largest Australian cities as well as the comfort of still being small enough to “feel connected and local”. With some of Australia’s finest schools, top hospitals and medical facilities and a wonderful array of sporting and cultural activities we are excited to be a part of this great region.
In June 2004 planning started towards the goal of opening a new Real Estate Office and by the end of January 2005 this had come to fruition. Initially a part of a local group of like minded estate agents we traded under the common banner of that group. As time went by and customer expectations changed it became apparent that the local group could no longer meet those expectations. After much research and many discussions we decided to join with the strength of one of the largest real estate groups in Australia – First National Real Estate.
